LEVEL ONE
This is a great start to the world of spirits.
An introductory course exploring the origin, fermentation, production, and distilling practices of the World's most well-known spirits. Aa well as an introduction to tasting techniques and quality evaluation that builds students' confidence in service and spirits sales. You will learn:

LEVEL TWO
An intermediate course designed for students who have graduated from Level 1 in Spirits or have been working in the spirits and hospitality industry.
You will taste a range of spirits from around the World, such as whiskies, vodkas, gins, cognac, tequila, and rums. As well as learning how to distinguish individual flavor characteristics and quality levels, the other topics covered are:

The key spirits and liqueurs from around the world and their characteristics

LEVEL THREE
An advanced-level qualification for professionals and enthusiasts wishing to acquire a detailed understanding of the spirits industry throughout the World. Students refine their palates and develop the tasting skills required to accurately describe and evaluate spirits.
Students deep dive into spirit production practices, from the processing of raw materials to fermentation, distillation, and post-distillation operations. Evaluate the factors that affect the quality and style of seven core spirits through theory and tasting, including Scotch, Irish and American whiskies, liqueurs, Caribbean rums, tequila, mezcal, vodkas, and gins.
The course also educates students on 23 lesser-known international spirits from principal production methods, key styles, labeling terms and how to taste and describe these spirits using the professional WSET Level 3 Systematic Approach to Tasting Spirits®(SAT). This course requires extensive home study and revision alongside the tutor-led component.
